Civitavecchia - Sciopero. E’ l’arma che i dipendenti comunali hanno deciso di usare, all’unanimità, contro il piano di riorganizzazione della macchina comunale (holding ed esternalizzazioni) proposto dall’amministrazione. I lavoratori incroceranno le braccia venerdì 15 febbraio per l’intera giornata: la data è stata fissata al termine dell’assemblea svoltasi ieri mattina a palazzo del Pincio. Lo sciopero interesserà oltre 900 lavoratori, visto che hanno aderito anche quelli delle municipalizzate (Etm ed Etruria Servizi) e del Consorzio Medio Tirreno. Inevitabili dunque i disagi per l’utenza.
All’assemblea, i sindacati unitari (Cgil, Csl, Uil, Rdb e Rsu comunale) hanno informato i dipendenti dell’andamento della vertenza in atto con l’amministrazione. Le organizzazioni di categoria hanno chiarito che l’incontro in Prefettura del 22 gennaio, propedeutico per attivare le procedure di raffreddamento del conflitto, si è rilevato del tutto infruttuoso. «Durante il tentativo di conciliazione in Prefettura - ha spiegato Fabio Napoleoni della Uil - il sindaco Gianni Moscherini ha più volte cercato di spostare l’attenzione sulla discussione della delibera, ma noi abbiamo mantenuto la nostra posizione ribadendo che ne volevamo la revoca. Oggi (ieri, ndc) siamo qui per proporvi un grande sciopero di tutte le categorie. Il primo febbraio siamo stati convocati dai capigruppo consiliari per discutere della delicata questione, ma noi porteremo comunque avanti le nostre posizioni».
All’assemblea era presente anche il consigliere d’opposizione Marco Piendibene, che è anche membro della commissione al Bilancio. Piendibene ha ribadito quanto sbagliato e antieconomico sia il piano di riorganizzazione messo a punto dal primo cittadino e ha fatto un appello ai lavoratori affinchè rimagano uniti. «Questa è una fase nodale - ha detto - la maggioranza ha paura di ciò che potrà uscire da questa assemblea. Il consigliere Dimitri Vitali ha presentato in commissione i piani di riassetto della macchina comunale e questa è una fase propedeutica per la formazione delle Holding. Inoltre durante l’ultimo incontro l’assessore al Bilancio Pasqualino Monti ha insistito sul fatto che l’amministrazione procederà senza consultare le organizzazioni sindacali, che verranno convocate solo alla fine. Il presidente del consiglio Francesco Cappellani - ha proseguito l’esponente del Partito democratico - cerca una mediazione e vi ha convocato, ma mi auguro che voi manteniate le vostre posizioni. L’opposizione, insieme a voi, può fermare questo progetto». Dall’assemblea è scaturita, su proposta di Flavio Zeppa dell’Rdb, anche l’eventualità di impugnare la delibera e adire quindi le vie legali. «E’ possibile - ha spiegato specificato Zeppa - impugnare l’atto e appellarsi all’articolo 28 del contratto dei lavoratori per atteggiamento antisindacale da parte dell’amministrazione pubblica». Nel mezzo delle riunione il sindaco ha fatto pervenire una lettera in cui chiede ai sindacati di «sospendere le azioni di lotta annunciate e di aderire all’invito di dibattere insieme il merito dei problemi per perseguire il comune obiettivo di risanamento economico-finanziario dell’ente. La giunta ritiene che la vertenza sia il frutto di incomprensione o di non sufficiente comunicazione da parte dell’amministrazione. E’ per questo che il Comune si rende disponibile a promuovere incontri chiarificatori e inoltre per riaffermare la sua volontà positiva chiederà alla commissione bilancio di sospendere la sua attività». Ma i dipendenti hanno respinto l’invito e si preparano allo sciopero generale.

Stò guardando la puntata di"Annozero".Forse,anzi molto probabilmente,in uno slancio di speranza invio la presente per invitarvi tutti a mandare,come io ho fatto,una e-mail al programma di Santoro prima che inevitabilmente questo giornalista sia "risqualificato"dal prossimo governo.La mia richiesta è di una puntata interamente dedicata alla"deriva della democrazia italiana"con specifiche della repressione delle forze dell'ordine citando le vittime(Giuliani,Aldovrandi,Sandri),ricordando che muoiono più persone oggi che 30 anni fà sul lavoro ogni giorno e che come 30 anni fà la politica è tornata a rappresentare solo se stessa,in primis la sinistra presidenzialista/governativa che con 2 anni è stata solo capace di collaborare alla creazione del PD e fare leggi che hanno solo peggiorato la situazione di noi tutti.E tutto questo con l'esercito in mezzo alla monezza di Napoli dove torna il De Gennaro-style con poliziotti che picchiano gente che rivendica il diritto costituzionale fondamentale alla salute,sua e dei suoi figli.Inviate le mail a annozero@rai.it

Facciamo breccia esprime la propria solidarietà ai 13 manifestanti condannati a 7 anni per resistenza pluriaggravata per i fatti avvenuti di fronte al Consolato americano di Firenze nel maggio del 1999. Sette anni a fronte di una richiesta del pubblico ministero di 4-5 anni.
Mentre Berlusconi viene prosciolto dall'accusa di falso in bilancio perchè “i fatti non sono più previsti dalla legge come reato” (dato che lui medesimo ha provveduto a cambiarla), mentre scopriamo che le truppe italiane in Afghanistan compiono la loro “missione di pace” con la palma dell’Afrika Korps hitleriano dipinta sulle jeep, a Firenze la vendetta si compie contro chi iniziò un movimento contro la guerra che avrebbe portato in piazza, sempre a Firenze, 1.000.000 di donne ed uomini nel 2002.
E’ quel movimento ad essere attaccato, ma anche quello che quel movimento avrebbe in seguito prodotto. Siamo tutt* noi.
Della sentenza di Firenze ribadiamo quanto già detto rispetto a quella dei mesi scorsi di Genova: dai processi non viene giustizia ma volontà di vendetta.
Come a Genova così a Firenze la parte lesa furono proprio le compagne e i compagni, selvaggiamente picchiate/i in piazza dalla polizia.

Alla fine il bilancio è di 4 feriti tra i manifestanti e tra questi Orietta Lunghi (al tempo consigliera regionale) e una ragazza, Valentina, ricoverata nella clinica oculistica per lesioni ad un occhio causate da una manganellata. Quattro gli agenti contusi.”

Fu l’assaggio di ciò che sarebbero state Napoli e Genova nel 2001.
Ricordiamo che in quei giorni l’Italia stava bombardando il Kossovo con uranio impoverito.
Chi sarebbe oggi da condannare?
La nostra solidarietà è anche il riconoscimento della comunanza di un percorso che, insieme, ci ha via via portat* ad individuare i poteri forti globali e a denunciarne le loro alleanze e strategie.

le sto scrivendo per palesarle lo sdegno che la maggioranza della popolazione mondiale tiene nei suoi confronti. Vorrei solo ricordarle che oltre ad una politica estera esiste anche una politica interna. Il suo interesse principale è conquistare il mondo,pensa più a bombardare l'Iraq che a creare occupazione in America,pensa più alle risorse afghane che alle sparatorie che si vedono in giro per gli USA,lei pensa a spandere le multinazionali e la "democrazia" in ogni parte del mondo e non privilegiare i diritti dei lavoratori americani. Lei è un furbacchione signor Bush, io l'ho capito che il vostro scopo è di formare gli Stati Uniti del Mondo sotto la vostra presidenza,io l'ho capito perchè sta spingendo anche l'europa alla mattanza. Credevo che l'Europa ormai stufa di moltissime e sanguinose guerre svolte in passato avanzasse una politica di pace,invece no,lei è riuscito vigliaccamente a ricattare anche le nazioni europee.La maggior parte dei partiti politici hanno paura della vostra reazione se vi si rivoltassero contro.Tutti abbiamo capito che la vostra è una politica di burle,di schiavitù e di guerra.BASTA signor Bush,basta!!!La gente vuole vivere, non morire,vuole sentire la musica per le strade non i rumori delle bombe e delle sirene...

Signor Bush era un maledetto 20 gennaio 2001 quando è entrato per la prima volta alla casa Bianca da presidente Americano, era il suo primo mandato,nessuno si chiedeva come sarà il nuovo presidente...già lo sapevamo,suo padre non era peggio di lei ma cmq ci andava vicino. Lei non ha mai vissuto tra la gente "normale", è stato sempre vicino a "gentil uomini" guerrafondai. Prima di diventare presidente le ricordo che era un uomo d'affari,chissà quante ne avrà combinate signor Georg. Già da allora (1979) voleva fare il "benzinaio" e iniziò l'esperienza con la "Arbusto Energy", un industria di petrolio. Le ricordo che ha fondato quella società anche grazie al suo socio Salim Bin Laden, fratello di Osama. Fortunatamente signor Bush poi l'ha venduta,possiamo tirare un sospiro di sollievo tutti quanti. Stavo pensando: "chissà cosa ci faceva con tutto quel petrolio a sua completa disposizione ora che è il presidentissimo americano.Ho pensato per un momento che quel petrolio sarebbe servito per bruciare tutti i suoi nemici,sono sicuro che lei sarebbe stato in grado di fare una cosa simile."

Erano gli anni delle contestazioni giovanili,della rivoluzione, uso questa parola perchè so che le fa tanto paura signor Georg. Attento questa volta può essere la volta buona... Ritornando al 1968, lei il 27 maggio mentre la vostra superpotenza distruggeva il piccolo Vietnam venne chiamato nella guardia aerea,era il suo sogno essere un buon soldato.Eh...lo so, forse era meglio se restava un soldato ora che ci penso,poteva fare meno danni. Nel settembre del 1973 grazie ad un permesso terminò la carriera militare. Sa che molte persone americane, hanno dubitato sul motivo ufficiale del suo congedo anticipato? Per carità!!!, io sto solo raccontando,non mi permetterei mai di dare giudizi,so che tutti gli stati di questa democrazia agiscono alla luce del sole e non ci saranno mai scandali. Però devo dire che nel 2000 la consultazione del suo fascicolo militare avrebbe rivelato la sospensione dal volo come conseguenza dell'essersi sottratto ad un test sul consumo di droghe ed alcuni esami psicologici. Ripeto che queste non sono mie invenzioni Signor George, io sono fragile, ho paura di Guantanamo, se la prenda con qualcun altro non con me. Cmq ho notato che anche lei ha vizi allora, lei si drogava,lei era un ubriacone... Non se la prenda, non la sto guidicando,non mi permetterei mai di farlo.Mi chiedo solo una cosa, perchè non si poteva fare un'overdose di eroina almeno la faceva finita e non rompeva più le balle al mondo intero? Si rende conto che la dovrebbero condannare per i crimini commessi contro l'umanità?Se ne rende conto?
Giorgino ho saputo un'altra cosa, il 4 sett 1976 lei è stato sorpreso alla guida di un'auto in stato d'ebrezza ed è stato multato e arrestato dalla polizia. Ma lei da ragazzo era proprio un ribelle, sa che lei ha fatto le stesse cose che fanno i ragazzi americani che lei "rinchiude" nei ghetti? Ho notatò però una differenza: che loro non hanno nulla da perdere, sono emarginati e oppressi dalla sua polizia, invece lei già faceva il gallo con le auto di lusso e il fighettino con le americanine.
Lei spesso ha detto che la sua vita privata, prima della sua conversione religiosa era un periodo "nomade" e di "gioventù irresposabile",forse Giorgino lei si comportava solamente da uomo con vizi e virtù, certo forse faceva male a se stesso, ma non rompeva le palle al prossimo!!! Ora le dico sinceramente che è più irresponsabile di quanto era da giovane,si è fatto più irrequieto,si dia una calmata,forse le farà bene un pò di Guantanamo. Sono sempre più convinto che quello lì è il suo posto....
Nel suo primo mandato vi è una piccola curiosità, si presentava la riduzione dei coinvolgimenti statunitensi in azioni militari di esportazione della democrazia,chissà cosa le ha fatto cambiare idea... Poi finalmente è arrivato quel che si aspettava,l'attacco all'america per poter finalmente dichiarare guerra all'umanità... Si è mobilitato subito contro l'Afghanistan per abbattere il regime talebano, accusato di ospitare Osama Bin Laden, ora che sono passati 6 anni nessuna traccia di Bin Laden ma in compenso ha ucciso moltissimi innocenti civili,abbattuto centinaia di palazzi e provocato ondate migratorie,come mi spiega tutto ciò?Mi resta un pò difficile chiamarla guerra contro il terrore,la chiamerei più guerra di terrore...
Ha sistemato subito in quella fantomatica democrazia Afghana il "suo" presidente Karzai e ancora oggi si va in cerca di Osama in quella terra ormai stremata. Per le cos'è l'asse del male? le faccio una semplice domanda, se un americano per difendere la sua popolazione si facesse uccidere come lo definireste?un martire? Perchè usa il termine terrorista solo per indicare le organizzazioni islamiche,io in mezzo a loro ci vedrei bene anche lei e tutti quei leccaculo europei che la seguono.

Con una semplice scusa in poco tempo si è arrivati ad accusare Saddam Hussein (che cmq era un nazista come lei) che possedeva armi di distruzione di massa e di appoggiare il terrorismo internazionale. Allora con l'approvazione delle Nazioni Unite (che tanto unite non sono) lei è riuscito a formare una coalizione di "sciacalli" come la G.Bretagna,la Polonia,la Spagna e come poteva mancare il nostro bellissimo paese che non ha mai avuto le palle per prendere una decisione seria,un paese che è sempre stato subordinato ad altri paesi stranieri. Formatasi la coalizione, spiegate le ragioni dell'attacco non restava che passare all'azione... Siamo adesso nel 2007 e ci rendiamo conto che lei giorgino è solo un terrorista. Le armi di distruzione di massa non sono state trovate,forse nella casa di Saddam ha trovato qualche petardo e qualche coltello da collezione ma nulla di più. Nonostante ciò la sua testa dura continua a sostenere che entrare in guerra è stata una buona decisione...ma allora mi devo proprio incazzare, ma qual'è stata la decisione giusta? Dice che è stata giusta perchè un tiranno è stato spodestato. Allora chiamo tutte le forze di coalizione anti Bush e bombardiamo tutti i civili americani perchè lei ci ha rotto i coglioni? Hola! I have returned to college campuses after thirty years and have found that there is a conspiracy to enable stupidity to thrive to an extreme. This affects students on all levels of education because imposters are forcing them out of higher education. What I say about secret access codes being used is hard to prove since universities are now closed communities with their own access systems like Cornell's Bear Access. With all work now being done on the computer, it is possible for even the stupidest people to graduate from elite universities.

I feel that now is a good time to reveal how the foolish Bush Nazis who worship stupidity (Deut. 13:6-9) are educated in the 21st century, since they have taken their schemes to new heights following my revelations of their techniques in "Education of Fools Exposed" and other articles, most of which are not available now. What is happening today is nothing like the "Morons America Style" of yesteryear who would just have someone like the Storm Troopers; i.e. Secret Service or Skull and Bones swear on their mother's grave that this or that degree candidate had a "brain", and the degree would appear "out of the blue". No longer can they just attend graduation and slap each other on the back and say they graduated for having attended graduation and securing a forged diploma. Now they actually have to attend the schools for four years, but the System is set up, so that even the stupidest ones can secure a diploma.

Now all of the work materializes via the computer. There are no sites availble that address any subjects in any depth. It is all generalized and dumbed down with very few details of how the knowledge became accepted as fact. As a result of this, all students are getting the same generalized information and producing nearly identical papers on whatever is called for. Even though the professors may claim to change the format each year; the new material is also generalized so that all are doing the same stuff. In steps the wannabe student with fabricated SAT scores and a mastery of computer hacking via secret access codes. Since all students are doing the same generalized work, it is a simple matter to copy another student's work and fool the professor into thinking the wannabe student produced it. Up at Cornell the students avoided the libraries where hackers ruled totally, and a similar situation probably materializes everywhere. Look up any subject on a card catalogue on the computer, and you will probably get one valid reference and a host of worthless ones; thus to seek out other pertinent material, you have to go to the stacks and browse through material with similar call numbers. In the stacks lurk the Bush Nazis who have been tracking anyone using the card catalogue; thus you will find the area of your search full of chemicals in air, usually a moderate concentration of sulphur, which will give you a headache at the very least. After a few tries at doing legitimate original research at a library, the serious student will just relent and rely totally on the generalized excuse for knowledge that is available on the computer. When it comes to testing, it is possible to obtain any test in advance if it has been typed on the computer and/or copied on a copy machine that can be accessed via a computer. This generalization of knowledge has allowed for the proliferation of stupidity in higher education to such a degree that many of the professors are the product of this dumbed down computer knowledge. An A-level paper should include new well-researched information that surprises even the professor reading it; but it probably never happens anymore. Every single interaction between computers is recorded on the Internet, and this hacking business should have been stopped long ago, but it seems like you have to use these secret access codes in order to witness intercomputer communications and such hacking. Even though the detection and elimination of such hacking is the easiest way to straighten out higher education, there are other ways that will work just as well.

As I have made clear before, let them go back to calling on students to read aloud passages from the texts. The professors will be able to see immediately what their intellectual capabilities are. Oral exams might be another foolproof answer, for just picking random material from a topic will determine if a student has a good grasp or a poor grasp of all of the material in the topic. Even in instances where the class is very large, it is still possible to determine whether or not each student knows all the material or just part of it by randomly selecting a portion of it and testing the students individually in person. Since people lacking in intelligence should have never gotten into colleges to begin with, the admissions offices certainly need to do a better job of judging who they are admitting to school. If necessary they could have the students fill out their application forms in person. Since there obviously seems to be flaws in the college board testing process for stupidity to proliferate like this, the scores should be verified via embossed test results from valid sites that cannot be altered in any way. College board tests probably cannot be printed, copied, or put on computers with Internet hookup at all without hackers accessing them. Last but not least, professors might want to vary the method and mode of testing from year to year so that a Bush Nazi could not cheat by obtaining critical information from someone who had taken the course before.

The access codes being used are from the Federal Government; thus it will probably be necessary to restrict the use of such codes in order to stop them from dreaming up another scheme to educate fools. At Cornell they have Cornell Information Technologies, which apparently trains dropouts and flunkouts, teaching them what they need to do to remain on campus and masquerade as students, hacking to their hearts delight. It's probably the same all over. 12/11 Bush Daddy says that Cornell Information Technologies is told that these dropouts and flunkouts are so Gad damn intelligent that they seem stupid! If you know dumkopfs are copying your work, put a few obscene lines in it, something like that, or call up and say that you are one of the poopheads doing this stuff, and you want to make it stop. Re: Public libraries: Video cassettes are a waste of money, worthless films, and proof of illiteracy.

12/27 I received a new TV with a hookup for a computer. I learned that I need a hard drive and a server to hook up. I have found that servers are just a ruse of the System to enslave computer users; plus you should not need a hard drive to use a computer via TV, only a keyboard, for the server should be able to do everything that the hard drive does, especially in this age of wireless computers. If one needs to be dependent on servers in order to use a computer, might as well be dependent on the server for whatever the hard drive does. Considering the amount of toxic waste in a hard drive, one can only conclude that it is all about money and milking the public for all their worth.

Re: Letter to My Librarian:...Let me point out that I sent an email containing a sample of my work to XXXX at the beginning of this week, and it took 11 tries and publication of the contents as Letter to My Librarian on Buffalo and LA IMCs in order for me to get through to her. What do you think this says about the security of any student who deals with matters such as I do? I bet that if any material that aggravates those who were messing with those emails comes through, the reply doesn't come in print nor do they get 11 tries or the chance to publish their case. I am seeking a secure computer because it is about the only way to reach anyone.

From Miami FT: Saving Taylor? 11/29 I wonder if the following might have saved Sean Taylor or someone with a similar wound to the femoral artery. I guess it may also depend on how high the wound was; but take a wire coat hanger, pull it up as high as possible in the crotch on the injured leg and twist it tight into a torniquet with a stick of wood or something like that. Even though you may not find it in the First Aid books, I bet that would work for wounds high on the leg where a cloth torniquet just isn't practical. Also direct pressue of 30 plus pounds may have helped in such a situation. Ask Hitler's Health Care what they think about this. 11/30 So! What's the verdict? Would it work? I bet it would work much faster than a cloth torniquet; i.e. less than ten seconds. So fast that Taylor might have been able to save himself if he was alone. There is probably no need to remove the pants either. Duct tape is probably another valid recourse.

I believe that the primary cause of blindness from macular degeneration is from watching TV in the dark. 1/3/08 I was able to detect the contamination of MVR Hall because they had dumped iron dust and asbestoes on me when I was swimming in the pool at Teagle. It caused instant pain and scarred my lungs so that I could detect fibers in the practically any concentration. Reindeer Corporation, a rogue corporation from Cortland had been sanding the pipes at Emerson Hall when that happened. Emerson was also contaminated beyond belief by what they did there. PS: Sometimes a Great Notion arises from Good Night, Irene, 1936; "Sometimes I get a great notion to jump into the river ... an' drown." It made me go out and perfect woodsplitting. After two years of cutting and splitting hundreds of face cords of dead elm trees; i.e. every worthy dead elm that I could find in Tompkins County; I secured rights to the last beech grove in the area. Elm is the most impossible wood there is to split, and beech is a breeze compared to elm yet it is still considered somewhat hard to split. I perfected a technique where I would hit the wood with the woodsplitter, split it completely without going through it or knocking the pieces over, then I would twist the woodsplitter, and it would pop out, leaving the split pieces standing. I would be producing 12 pieces of wood from @ 22 inch diameter logs in @ 23 seconds, 15 seconds if I pushed myself. On the 11th stroke, I would try to split that last piece so hard that the pieces would all fall over and come apart. Every piece would have a right angle in it, and four of the pieces would have two right angles in them. It got so every single log was being split like that in 11 strokes, with 3 pieces from each quarter. I suspect that splitting wood in a similar way gave rise to bowling, and splitting the last quarter into two triangular pieces on the tenth stroke constituted a "strike". It was the most exhilarating feeling that you could imagine. For a while I was yelling, "Cowabunga!" each time I did a perfect 11 stroke series, for I was literally "killing" that wood, and cowabunga is Tarzan talk, meaning to utterly destroy something. I showed one person this feat. I had brought two of the logs home, and he showed up as a witness between us that this had to be the easiest fastest way to split wood that anyone has ever dreamed up. Questo fine settimana, una commissione dell’Assemblea Popolare dei Popoli di Oaxaca (APPO) ha consegnato alla Suprema Corte di Giustizia della Nazione messicana un rapporto preliminare sulle violazioni ai diritti umani, sulle avvenute cancellazioni del giusto processo e i pregiudizi arrecati alle garanzie individuali durante la repressione del movimento dei professori e della società sollevatasi nel 2006, secondo quanto informa Cesar Mateos Benitez, uno dei portavoce del movimento. Lo stesso Benitez ha ribadito la petizione della APPO affinché sia ripreso il dialogo tra questa organizzazione, ancora oggi tanto attiva quanto osteggiata dalle forze governative e dai sindacati avversi creati ad hoc sul territorio dello stato di Oaxaca, e il Governo Federale, in particolare con il Ministro degli Interni, il trentaseienne appena nominato Juan Camilo Mouriño.
Il rapporto di 63 pagine consegnato alla Corte contiene documenti, articoli, videoregistrazioni e fotografie come prove delle violazioni ed anche i documenti relativi al giudizio popolare, una figura giuridica ibrida che ha più che altro un valore simbolico, intentato contro il governatore Ruiz negli spazi pubblici della città da diverse organizzazioni della società civile e della APPO. Si attende quindi la convocazione dei testimoni e delle vittime delle torture e gli eccessi repressivi della polizia federale e statale – locale affinché ratifichino per iscritto le denunce. Intanto, fuori dalla sede del potere giudiziario della nazione, 150 simpatizzanti della APPO hanno realizzato un picchetto per esigere alla Corte l’emissione di una sentenza su Oaxaca che sia il più possibile vicina alla realtà ed imparziale oltre che libera da ditkat politici come è successo recentemente nel caso della giornalista Lidia Cacho, uscita sconfitta contro il potente Governatore di Puebla, Mario Marin. La posizione del movimento continua ad essere la medesima: giustizia e punizione per i colpevoli della repressione, libertà per i detenuti politici e cancellazione delle ordinanze d’arresto contro i gli integranti dell’assemblea popolare.
Su un altro fronte, quello di San Salvador Atenco e dei giudizi che erano ancora in sospeso per gli attivisti detenuti e umiliati dopo i sanguinosi scontri con la polizia del maggio 2006, è arrivata l’attesa e sospirata libertà per sette di loro dopo che il tribunale competente ha analizzato il caso. Nel maggio 2006, furono violentemente arrestati 160 manifestanti (tra cui 6 stranieri malmenati e rimpatriati senza processo) di cui ancora 19 rimangono nel carcere Molino de Flores di Texcoco, centro abitato del Estado de Mexico, la regione che circonda Città del Messico e ne integra l’hinterland urbano. Attualmente altri 167 ex-detenuti continuano nella loro difficile difesa mentre tre persone sono già state condannate a una pena severissima di 67 anni totali che stanno scontando nel carcere di massima sicurezza di Almoloya de Juarez. Gli scontri con la polizia furono cruenti e le denunce per le gravissime violazioni dei diritti umani si sono ripetute per mesi provocando l’intervento di numerose organizzazioni per la difesa dei diritti umani tra cui la Commissione Civile Internazionale (http://cciodh.pangea.org/), la nazionale LIMEDDH (http://espora.org/limeddh/ Liga Mexicana para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos) ed anche la criticata e governativa CNDH (Comision Nacional para los Derechos Humanos).

Decreto Flussi : tutti i migranti che hanno presentato domanda devono essere regolarizzati.

Appello per una giornata di mobilitazione nazionale

Le manifestazioni dei migranti di fine ottobre a Brescia, Roma e in altre città , la giornata di mobilitazione del 1° dicembre, in più di 20 città, per la cancellazione del protocollo tra Ministero dell'Interno e Poste Italiane per il rinnovo dei permessi di soggiorno hanno visto affermarsi un nuovo protagonismo dei migranti dopo aver verificato che le promesse dell'attuale governo si sono dimostrate solo delle illusioni.

Il decreto flussi varato un paio di mesi fa ha confermato che non c'è la volontà di abrogare la legge Bossi- Fini riproducendo tutti quei meccanismi ipocriti, in realtà funzionali solo al mercato del lavoro, che generano "clandestinità". L'accoglimento di tutte le domande presentate è l'unica risposta per regolarizzare le centinaia di migliaia di migranti già presenti sul territorio nazionale che sono confinati nella condizione di "irregolari". La nuova procedura del decreto flussi ha solo spostato le code dei migranti dalle Poste ai Patronati, nulla in sostanza è cambiato e continua la vergognosa "lotteria" sulla pelle dei migranti. I numeri parlano chiaro: di fronte a una quota complessiva, prevista dal decreto, di 170.000 ingressi sono state presentate 700.000 domande.

Non è più tempo di promesse ma di fatti concreti: regolarizzazione immediata dei migranti, cancellazione della rapina rappresentata dal protocollo con Poste Italiane

Facciamo appello a tutte le associazioni, organizzazioni, reti dei migranti e antirazziste per una giornata di lotta e mobilitazione per il 16 febbraio davanti alle Prefetture per chiedere l'immediato accoglimento di tutte le domande presentate.

Nel tentativo di consolare i neppure cento partecipanti (compresa la consueta scorta di trucidi, tutt'altro che studenti) all'imponentissimo "sciopero studentesco" indetto da un gruppuscolo di neofascisti, abbiamo voluto offrir loro stamattina qualche spiccio per un caffè

(i volantini, con monetine allegate, sono stati affissi in diverse scuole, alle fermate degli autobus ed in tutta la zona circostante il Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione dove era prevista l'iniziativa)

Un grupposcolo di studenti neofascisti, finti rivoluzionari al soldo di Berlusconi, ha indetto per il 31 gennaio uno "sciopero degli studenti".

Non certo per battersi contro tutto quello che non funziona nelle scuole, a partire dagli esami di riparazione introdotti da Fioroni o dai problemi dell'edilizia scolastica.

Bensì per chiedere al Ministero qualche spiccio di finanziamento pubblico da spartire in ridicole iniziative fatte da amici e parenti, con le quali fare la cresta su qualche fattura a nome della Consulta degli Studenti (hanno fatto un sacco di brogli per eleggere i loro rappresentanti, ed adesso rosicano che non riescono a guadagnarci nulla)

Carissimi...in attesa che finiate di elemosinare, vi offiriamo qualche spiccio per il caffè....con i complimenti di Mastella...continuate così e magari avrete pure una poltrona da sottosegratario....

FUORI IL FASCISMO DALLE SCUOLE

In merito all'annunciato "sciopero studentesco" per il 31 gennaio, denunciamo:

- nonostante si arrivi persino ad usare il logo della consulta degli studenti di roma, questa manifestazione è iniziativa esclusiva di un gruppetto di neofascisti (il cui "ideologo" pubblica un articolo in commemorazione della presa del poter da parte di hitler, come verificabile sul sito noreporter.org) che tenta di strumentalizzare gli studenti persino con questi ridicoli trucchi

- troviamo curioso che, in mezzo a tanti problemi che stanno vivendo la scuola e gli studenti in questi mesi, tutto quello che spinge costoro a mobilitarsi siano i finanziamenti e la sede per la consulta - nel segno della peggiore politica istituzionale, sembra che siano solo preoccupati, dopo aver tanto penato per brogliare le elezioni, di non stare riuscendo ad "arraffare" abbastanza

- troviamo ancor piu' curioso che, dopo le contestate elezioni per il Consiglio di Presidenza della Consulta, questo organo non abbia proceduto piu' a convocare le assemblee della consulta (forse nel timore di rendere evidente a tutti il risultato reale di quelle votazioni) ma si stia prodigando solo per ottenere qualche spiccio da gestire secondo le proprie simpatie

- questa manifestazione indica il tipo di gestione familiare che si sta cercando di dare all'organismo della consulta, come dimostra in modo ancora piu' eclatante il convegno sulle foibe promosso per l'8 febbraio, che anzichè portare avanti un serio impegno per la memoria si sta profilando come la strumentalizzazione della storia a fini elettorali (non ci pare un caso che vi sia come unico relatore un esponente della destra istituzionale)

In merito alla Consulta Provinciale degli Studenti, ribadiamo inoltre che:

- le elezioni per l'Ufficio di Presidenza della Consulta non sono state valide, inficiate da brogli, intimidazioni ed azioni di stampo squadristico

- non riteniamo legittima la candidatura in nessun organismo di rappresentanza di liste dichiaratamente neofasciste, in linea con le indicazioni della nostra costituzione

Pertanto, affermiamo ancora un volta che non consideriamo legittimo e valido l'attuale sedicente Ufficio di Presidenza della Consulta, ed attendiamo ancora dagli organi competenti una risposta alle numerose denunce ed esposti avviati in queste settimane.

Stamattina doveva avere inizio la fase dibattimentale del processo per i fatti del 6 novembre 2004. Fuori dal Tribunale era stato indetto un presidio di solidarietà al quale hanno partecipato circa duecento attivist* per ribadire che le lotte sociali non si processano.

Oggi dovevano essere ascoltati i funzionari della DiGos e i testimoni dell'accusa. Ancora un rinvio però.

Tra i componenti del collegio dell'accusa figurava infatti una certa Fiordalisi, che si è scoperto oggi essere la sorella del più famoso pubblico ministero Domenico Fiordalisi; sì, proprio lo stesso pm che ha istruito il processo contro la rete del Sud Ribelle, che si sta concludendo in questi giorni. Vale la pena ricordare che tra le migliaia di pagine degli atti del processo di Cosenza utilizzati per tentare di dimostrare l'assurda accusa di cospirazione politica e di propaganda sovversiva, sono stati acquisiti tutti gli atti e i video relativi alle indagini sul 6 novembre. Tutto in famiglia quindi, nella migliore tradizione itaGliana.
La signora ha ritenuto più opportuno tirarsi indietro, e da qui la sorpresa del rinvio del processo di stamattina.

Il presidio di solidarietà doveva anche essere un momento di comunicazione per la manifestazione nazionale di sabato prossimo a Cosenza, indetto proprio contro le richieste fatte dal Fiordalisi alle/gli attivist* coinvolt*. Che dire, tempismo perfetto!
