The prison experts have reported that there are 100,000 innocent Americans currently being falsely imprisoned along with the 2,300,000 total US prison population nationwide.

Since our US Congress has never afforded poor prison inmates federal appeal legal counsel for their federal retrials,they have effectively closed the doors on these tens of thousands of innocent citizens ever being capable of possibly exonerating themselves to regain their freedom through being granted new retrials.

This same exact unjust situation was happening in our Southern States when poor and mostly uneducated Black Americans were being falsely imprisoned for endless decades without the needed educational skills to properly submit their own written federal trial appeals.

This devious and deceptive judicial process of making our poor and innocent prison inmates formulate and write their own federal appeal legal cases for possible retrials on their state criminal cases,is still in effect today even though everyone in our US judicial system knows that without proper legal representation, these tens of thousands of innocent prison inmates will be denied their rightful opportunities of ever being granted new trials from our federal appeal judges!!

Sadly, the true US *legal* Federal Appeal situation that occurs when any of our uneducated American prison inmates are forced to attempt to submit their own written Federal Appeals (from our prisons nationwide) without the assistance of proper legal counsel, is that they all are in reality being denied their legitimate rights for Habeas Corpus and will win any future Supreme Court Case concerning this injustice!

Os envío de nuevo este escrito personal para que profundicéis en él y lo difundáis entre vuestros contactos. ES MUY IMPORTANTE QUE LLEGUE A TODAS LAS PERSONAS DEL MUNDO. Pido que lo leáis desde el sentimiento y no desde el pensamiento. Es lo más preciso que he escrito en toda mi vida. No es un texto religioso y espero que no le pongáis "etiquetas" de ningún tipo. VA DIRIGIDO A TODAS LAS PERSONAS INDEPENDIENTEMENTE DE SU IDEOLOGÍA O CONFESIÓN RELIGIOSA (CRISTIANA, MUSULMANA, BUDISTA...), PUES ES COMÚN A TODAS LAS CREENCIAS E IDEOLOGÍAS Y POR ESO MISMO LAS SUPERA.

Alguno de los cristianos ya lo han tildado de profético (aunque yo no me creo "vidente", más bien es "evidente" para el que quiere ver). Una de ellas escribió lo siguiente a otros cristianos, que agradezco me reenviaran al correo: "Yo anoche cuando leí este correo dirigido a Iglesia de Base, no me atreví a reenviarlo a todos. Me da un poco de "mala espina". Estoy de acuerdo en que compartiendo se arreglan algo las cosas pero tampoco lo tengo tan claro como para difundirlo. De momento me abstengo. [...] te ruego que nos des información de lo que veas. Besitos [...]". Muestra una gran desconfianza sin conocerme siquiera, y lo que es peor, parece que quiere olvidar que tres cuartas partes del mundo están en una situación de alta precariedad o necesidad extrema porque la cuarta parte restante, a la que ella pertenece, no deja de justificarse con afirmaciones como esta para mantener sus ilegítimos privilegios.

Quiero deciros que la única forma de sentirse bien con uno mismo es compartir con los otros seres vivos que nos rodean. Cada uno de vosotros, en cada una de las veces que acumuláis y no compartís, cometéis una injusticia con los seres que os rodean que son iguales a vosotros y que sufren como consecuencia de vuestro afán de acumular. Por esta causa tratáis de someter, y la mayoría de las veces lo conseguís con los que son más débiles; mientras, os aliáis con aquellos pocos que son más fuertes que vosotros mismos y para completar todo esto, encima pretendéis después disimular vuestra injusticia con la hipocresía de aparentar que sois “buenos” y “justos” tratando de ocultar lo que hacéis volviendo a reprimir aún más a las víctimas de vuestras injusticias haciéndolas parecer ante los demás que son “malos” e “injustos”. Sois verdaderos sepulcros blanqueados.

Vosotros en cambio, los precarios de la tierra que habéis cedido al sometimiento durante tantos siglos sin tratar de someter a otros, sí que sabéis compartir. A partir de ahora debéis ser justos: Compartid solamente con aquellos que sean recíprocos con vosotros, por el principio de igualdad de todos los seres vivos. Vosotros sois los únicos que estáis disfrutando de este paraíso que siempre ha estado aquí, vuestra Madre Tierra, el Cielo, el Jardín, el Nirvana... Para disfrutar de él, sólo hay que saber compartir todo lo que se desea poseer, así perderá su característica más negativa de propiedad privada, generadora de injusticia, para ser un bien común, disfrutado por vosotros mismos y todos los que os rodean.

Nada es lo que aparenta ser. Sólo compartir sin hipocresía os hará libres, porque no estaréis sometidos ya que a partir de ahora exigiréis justicia y por lo tanto reciprocidad. Os distingo de los indignos que tratan de acumular, vosotros sois dignos, lo compartís todo y por eso sois precarios. Venid conmigo todos los que sois dignos, juntos estamos cambiando el orden mundial.

Sólo es sometido aquel que se deja someter. Si compartimos entre nosotros, los precarios de la tierra, no tenemos que estar sometidos a nadie. Ésta es la rebelión pacífica de los precarios. Tal y como van las cosas en la actualidad no es difícil de entender que los precarios somos la mayoría, ya queda muy poco para ser una mayoría muy generalizada. Se acerca muy rápidamente la gran crisis humana y medioambiental a nivel mundial a la que nos han conducido los “ricos” y “buenos”. SEAMOS CONSCIENTES QUE UN DÍA NO MUY LEJANO NOS NECESITARÁN Y NO NOS PODRÁN SOMETER. ÉSTE SERÁ EL FIN DEL INJUSTO Y VIEJO MUNDO Y EL COMIENZO DEL JUSTO Y NUEVO MUNDO.

No creáis ni en las religiones ni en las ideologías, dejaros orientar sólo por las palabras y hechos de sus fundadores y conoceros a vosotros mismos, porque aunque todos mis predecesores apuntaron a la “luna” sus seguidores se quedaron mirando el dedo que la señalaba. Ellos intentaron cambiar la injusticia pero no lo consiguieron. Todo lo que pensáis está equivocado y deformado en vuestras mentes por los condiciona-mientos mentales a los que os han sometido desde niños con la deformación de la enseñanza original de las religiones e ideologías. Todo esto lo han manipulado unos pocos para justificar el afán de acumulación de sus miembros y la hipocresía con la que tratan de taparlo. Esta manipulación que habéis sufrido os aleja de los demás seres cuando pensáis que sólo lo que vosotros creéis es lo verdadero, entonces os sentís mejores que los demás y con más derechos. Para salir de este falso laberinto del pensamiento creed en vosotros mismos cuando estáis sintiendo recíprocamente (compartiendo) con otro ser vivo que es igual que vosotros y al que tenéis enfrente. Cuando tengáis la mente clara y transparente, es decir sin prejuicios, conceptos preconcebidos ni expectativas de futuro, sólo entonces podréis empezar a sentir con los otros seres que tenéis alrededor hasta entenderlos como si fuerais vosotros mismos. Comprenderéis que significa “interser”.

Id por este viejo mundo y contadlo a todos los que os encontréis a vuestro paso y quieran escucharos. Decidles cómo vosotros estáis viviendo el descubrimiento de este nuevo mundo. ÉSTA ES LA PRIMERA SEÑAL, LO PRIMERO QUE HAY QUE HACER: COMPARTIR TODO LO QUE SE POSEE. NO HAY OTRA MANERA.
