Although I didn't realize it for years, I met Jerry at a lakefront cottage in the 74-75 school year at Cornell. My friend and I got so ripped we were screaming going up the icy vertical drive from the cottage in my 65 Ford pickup, and we proceeded to Beebe Lake where the right mirror was knocked in the window when I drove too close to the stone wall on the road around the lake. Dropping my friend off where he lived at his Uncle Nagle's house in Cayuga Heights was even hairier, for Uncle Nagle was always "packing heat" and saying, "I'm going to shoot that Bobby Meade if he comes on my property again!"

Twenty years later I sought out Garcia at Capitol Centre in DC after having studied his Deadheads on numerous occasions when I would go camp in the park above DC if they were in town. I got a letter to him by making his limo driver promise to give it to him. I was driving my red Beauville van which was covered with slogans calling for that devil, Marion Barry to save the gays with the magic number, 666. Garcia answered with his "Friend of the Devil" music. Since a Grateful Dead is a recently deceased person who has been enabled to find peace by the followers he left behind, Gad is supposed to bring Garcia's head when Gad comes from the South with the heads of the people. Chenango Point Bikes is removing the chains, saying that is how they clean and/or lubricate them, then taking old chains out of a bath and putting those on. The old chain ruins every single tooth on every single gear on the bike! The chain that was on the bike originally is probably worth three times as much as the one they put on; thus they are probably selling those good chains. You cannot fix what was done to it by riding it with that chain. I repeat once again, the bike had 2,500 miles on it, and it was ruined by a chain with @ 10,000 miles on it. There is no recovery for the drive chain! It is Second Degree Assault to take a chain off and not inform the owner that was done. I've also been told not to talk about English Jews. Why not? None of them will admit that they are English Jews, especially after I revealed what happened in the Potato Famine. As for the alleged membranes that are formed in the lungs by this bacteria, that is probably ascertained from dead bodies that had had their lungs filled with fluid from hydrochloric acid used to supposedly kill the bacteria. FIRE? RAIN? THE CHOICE REMAINS!

Bringing the "rains of righteousness" to drought-stricken areas.

Excerpts from 9/1/95 article in answer to the fires and drought in Florida and elsewhere:

"..I do believe that there is a need to hold up as examples selected targets of God's wrath, so that "all mankind will proclaim the work of God and ponder what He has done"(Ps.64:9), for "God's wisdom, secret and hidden, which God decreed before the ages for our glory"(1Cor.2:7) is being revealed. I can't think of any targeted groups more appropriate for this than those "men who suppress the truth by their wickedness" (Rom.1:18), particularly those who have suppressed the truth contained in my writings, preventing the "rains of righteousness" (Is.45:8) from falling on a significant portion of this country. "Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these things but also approve of those who practice them" (Rom.1:32); therefore God says, "I shall certainly bring home its own badness upon the productive land, and their own error upon the wicked themselves" (Is.13:11)

The recent fires are an example of how God's wrath against these groups will be manifested. "Their condemnation has long been hanging over them"(2Peter2:3); and "the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgement and destruction of ungodly men"(2Peter3:7) Drought-stricken areas have dried up because there has been a concerted effort in those areas to suppress the truth that I have written of. In many cases they have promoted falsehoods to counter the substance of my writings. The fire and wind that may soon consume such areas cannot be warded off with lies and Jewish myths! Although the belated publication of the truth may save some areas, the manifestation of God's righteous decree and/or the promotion of other components of God's plan may be the only things that can save those areas that continue to suppress the truth.

No one can suppress the truth without being found out, for the evil ones take special delight in relating tales of their exploits to one another. "The mouth of the fool invites ruin" (Prov.10:14). "An evil man is trapped by his sinful talk"(Prov.12:13). "The one chasing after what is bad is in line for his own death" (Prov.11:19). "Wickedness overthrows the sinner" (Prov.13:6). Those who are behind this suppression will be exposed, for there is "nothing hidden, which shall not be manifested" (Mark4:22).

Once it becomes clear that God is prepared to torch all of the drought-stricken areas of this country, I believe that it will be revealed who has been behind the suppression of the truth contained in my writings. "They can stay here no longer" (Lam.4:15) A syllogism for your sandwich board; "Suppressors of Truth; Bring the Fires of Damnation; "In line for .. own death" (Prov.11:19)" Knowing that His son's sacrifice would generate such love, God has confidently stated, "My word .. will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it" (Is. 55:11). Le mamme stringevano al petto i bimbi più piccoli, mentre combattevano; i ragazzini difendevano lo "zigeunerlager" finché il sangue non li copriva, rendendoli simili agli spiriti della vendetta delle leggende; braccia scure brandivano armi rudimentali in un impeto instancabile, finché le SS si ritirarono, esterrefatte davanti a quell'eroismo, a quel coraggio sovrumano che affrontava le palottole e le baionette con la carne nuda. Le SS si ritirarono, portando con sé molti cadaveri tedeschi. Solo il 2 agosto 1944 i nazisti - dopo aver ridotto in fin di vita la popolazione Rom prigioniera della "fabbrica della morte", limitando al minimo il suo sostentamento alimentare - riuscirono a liquidare lo "zigeunerlager". 2.897 eroi Rom furono assassinati in una sola notte nelle camere a gas di Birkenau.
Oggi, 16 maggio 2008, siamo di fronte agli eredi dei carnefici di Hitler. A Verona, arrestate due persone

(ANSA) - VERONA, 3 MAG - Arrestate due persone a Verona: alla richiesta di 4 carabinieri di mostrare i documenti li hanno aggrediti con spray al peperoncino. I due, entrambi di 34 anni, sono noti alle forze dell'ordine per essere esponenti cittadini di spicco del movimento anarco-insurrezionalista. I militari sono ricorsi alle cure dei sanitari, hanno una prognosi di 10 giorni. La coppia sara' processata per direttissima, le bombolette spray usate dalla coppia (di produzione tedesca) sono illegali in Italia.

Verona - Arrestati due compagni e una denunciata

Il pomeriggio del 2 Maggio, a Verona, tre compagni anarchici vengono fermati da una pattuglia di carabinieri di quartiere, perché stavano bevendo una birra per la strada, ben consci di stare infrangendo le nuove ordinanze comunali che vietano il consumo di cibi e bevande alcoliche in determinate piazze e strade.
In seguito a qualche scambio verbale, i carabinieri decidono di intervenire in forza per far rispettare l’ordinanza. Altre pattuglie giungono sul posto, i compagni vengono malmenati, alcuni manganellati, tutti ammanettati e portati in Caserma. Valeria finisce all’ospedale con la testa sanguinante, quattro carabinieri pure perché raggiunti da spray urticante.
In Caserma non mancano di certo i soliti atteggiamenti provocatori, della serie “zecche comuniste”, “in America Latina, dovreste andare a finire!”, e così via.
Per Paco e Valeria viene convalidato l’arresto per resistenza, lesioni e porto abusivo d’armi (Paco verrà portato prima in ospedale, poi in carcere), mentre Emilia viene rilasciata con tre denunce: porto abusivo d’armi, rifiuto di fornire le generalità personali, ingiurie.
Il giorno seguente in Tribunale viene convalidata la custodia cautelare per entrambi: Paco rimane in carcere, mentre a Valeria vengono concessi i domiciliari.

When any poorer American is charged with a Federal crime all legal costs and appeals are paid for,but when one is charged in the various 50 states and run out of higher court state appeal opportunities and need to appeal to the Federal courts,it appears that these poorer and mostly uneducated prison inmates are left to their own best lawyering skills to attempt to write a federal appeal that could sway a US Federal judge to grant them a new retrial.
Our US Congressional Representatives sleep soundly every night knowing there are reported to be an estimated 100,000 innocent Americans (some residing for decades)in our US Prisons who have been denied proper legal counsel to help them attempt to exonerate themselves with their Federal Appeals ??

Qualcosa da recuperare.
Giorgiana Masi, 12 maggio 1977- 12 maggio 2008.

C’è qualcosa da recuperare, da far riemergere dall’oblio. E non si tratta solo della memoria di una generazione che ha lottato e che ormai è sottoposta ad una demonizzazione costante sui media.
Pensiamo a Giorgiana Masi, a quello che evoca il suo omicidio. L’hanno uccisa, il 12 maggio di 31 anni fa, le squadre speciali della Polizia di Cossiga, nonostante quest’ultimo continui squallidamente a negarlo. Era la risposta dello Stato al protagonismo di massa, alla volontà collettiva di trasformare il mondo.

Ma rispondere con la forza a spinte radicali che vengono dal basso è una costante. A Genova, nel 2001, si esprimeva un principio di movimento, formato da tante lotte particolari che cominciavano ad unificarsi. La reazione è stata durissima: l’assassinio di Carlo, l’assalto alla Diaz, le torture di Bolzaneto.

Ora, proprio le spinte alla trasformazione sociale del ’77 e quella, più recente, ma apparentemente già dispersa, del 2001, andrebbero recuperate. In questo senso, più che proclamarsi retoricamente “figli della stessa rabbia”, bisognerebbe riappropriarsi di certi contenuti. La manifestazione non autorizzata a cui partecipava Giorgiana, studentessa di un liceo della zona nord di Roma, celebrava l’anniversario della vittoria nel referendum sul divorzio, ma la spinta di quella generazione andava oltre. Mettendo in discussione la famiglia come pilastro sociale, sperimentando forme comunitarie più aperte. Inoltre, proprio i movimenti degli anni ’70 furono pervasi da una forte tensione antistatalista, purtroppo più agita che oggetto di una riflessione condivisa.

Oggi viviamo in tempi di “familismo egoistico”. Si svuota la partecipazione popolare, salvo che ai riti elettorali, fruiti come spettacoli televisivi. Ci fanno essere gli uni contro gli altri: se il collega di lavoro è un concorrente, l’immigrato è addirittura il nemico principale. La famiglia è il luogo del rifugio nel privato e, insieme, un ammortizzatore sociale “informale” in tempi di precarietà estrema della vita e di smantellamento d’ogni servizio pubblico. L’esaltazione di tale istituzione, nella sua forma più tradizionale e quindi nel segno del dogma della eterosessualità e della condanna di ogni esperienza difforme, non è solo ideologia clericale, ma ha una base materiale precisa.

Quanto allo Stato, pur perdendo funzioni di indirizzo economico in direzione degli organismi sovranazionali, mantiene ed accentua la sua opera di contrasto e prevenzione del conflitto. Con i suoi apparati di polizia, sempre più spesso scagliati contro quelle lotte che cercano di salvare i territori dalla devastazione, ma anche – e soprattutto – per la sua capacità di formare il consenso, di creare collante ideologico. Si pensi, in questi tempi di politica estera aggressiva e di missioni militari dispiegate ovunque, al patriottismo propugnato dagli ultimi presidenti della Repubblica.
Non si tratta solo di suscitare approvazione attorno ad imprese imperialiste descritte come atti umanitari, ma di creare le basi per condannare chiunque rompe con la concordia, trasformando in nemico interno chi dissente e lotta per i propri bisogni.

Ciò, in un quadro in cui tutti i livelli istituzionali, a partire da quello parlamentare, sono sordi ad istanze che non siano quelle del padronato e delle gerarchie ecclesiastiche. Il risultato delle ultime elezioni, per esempio, mostra una situazione inedita, legata alla improvvisa accelerazione di un processo in atto da un quindicennio, segnato da una tendenza al rafforzamento dell’Esecutivo e dalla progressiva perdita di rappresentatività delle Camere. Una situazione che presenta per noi difficoltà, come dimostra il segnale più inquietante giunto dalle elezioni: i voti operai ad una forza, la Lega, che rappresenta in modo estremo l’egoismo sociale di questi anni. E’ la conseguenza dell’assenza di punti di riferimento fuori dalla fabbrica.
Ma questo contesto nuovo porta con sé anche un’opportunità.
In questo quadro, infatti, il recupero delle istanze per cui lottarono Giorgiana ed un’intera generazione, può esser condotto in modo non formale, all’insegna di una attenta rielaborazione. Mentre le spinte conflittuali (contro la precarietà del lavoro e della vita, per l’ambiente, contro la guerra ed il saccheggio delle risorse dei paesi “terzi”) che cercavano di unificarsi a Genova, trovano meno ostacoli nel loro tentativo di esprimersi finalmente in modo netto e autonomo. In sostanza, non avere più interlocutori nelle istituzioni, può spingere le lotte a rimandare in termini più chiari all’idea di una società altra, dove la libertà di uno/a sia veramente la condizione per la libertà di tutti/e.
